Examination Fees
Tuition fees and examination registration fees are separate.
Students preparing for GCSE and A Level examinations must be registered through accredited examination centres. Examination registration fees are not included within standard tuition fees unless explicitly stated.
Avicenna Online School has access to accredited examination centre arrangements in the UK and can guide families regarding examination options, including international arrangements where appropriate.
Payment & Enrolment Policy
Tuition fees must be paid in full at least one week before the start of each month or term, depending on the selected payment plan.
Enrolment is confirmed once the non-refundable admission fee and first tuition payment have been received.
The admission fee secures the student’s place and covers administration, induction and account setup. It is not deducted from tuition and is non-refundable.
Parents or guardians must provide a minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice to withdraw a student.
Discounts
A 10% sibling discount is applied for each additional sibling enrolled.
Occasional early enrolment or promotional discounts may be available at the school’s discretion.
